The 4th International Conference on Innovation in Science and Technology (ICIST 2022) is devoted to computer science, electrical and electronics engineering, telecommunication engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, economics, business, and management that will take place in a hybrid format on December 14th to 16th, 2022 at the Grand Candi Hotel in Semarang, Indonesia. A unique feature of ICIST 2022 is the opportunity for authors to publish a paper in a peer-reviewed journal. ICIST 2022 offers a fast publication schedule while maintaining rigorous peer review. Papers submitted to the ICIST 2022 undergo a regular double-blind peer-reviewed journal process. This conference provides dedicated tracks with identified journals that accelerate the process of publication. Authors of accepted papers are required to present the same paper at the ICIST 2022. The ICIST 2022 committee implements policies to exclude authors who do not present their paper from further distribution of their publication. Papers sent to this conference should have the same academic level and quality as those sent to journals. Director of Polines Appoints 4 New Deputy Directors for the 2022-2026 Service Period

Director of Semarang State Polytechnic (Polines), Prof. Dr. Totok Prasetyo, B.Eng, MT, IPU, ACPE inaugurated and took the oath of office for 4 (four) Deputy Directors (Wadir) of Polines for the 2022-2026 term of service in the Multipurpose Room, Polines Tembalang campus, Semarang, Wednesday (9/3). The inauguration ceremony was attended by the leadership of the senate, the leadership of departments, sections, centers, units, student organizations, work partners, Muspika Tembalang and the administrators of Dharma Wanita Polines. The official appointed was Dr. Samuel Beta Kuntardjo Kristiono, Ing.Tech, MT (Deputy Director for Academic Affairs) replaces Ir. Endro Wasito, M.Kom, Dr. Karnowahadi, SE, MM (Deputy Director for General Affairs and Finance) replaces Saniman Widodo, SE, MM, Aris Sunindyo, SE, MM (Deputy Director for Student Affairs) replaces Adhy Purnomo, ST, MT and Dr. Eni Dwi wardihani, ST, MT, (Deputy Director for Planning and Cooperation) replaced Drs. Budi Prasetya, M.Sc. "Congratulations to the new officials, hopefully they can carry out their mandate well and responsibly and provide benefits to Polines and the wider community," said Director Polines. As a new official, please be able to quickly adapt to your new duties. "We ask that the programs of the old officials be continued," he said. To the old officials, the Director expressed his gratitude for their service and dedication while serving as Deputy Director. Future challenges in managing higher education are increasingly difficult. Regarding Polines' status as a Public Service Agency (BLU), he advised new officials to continue to improve services to the community. With many employees entering retirement age, it is necessary to prepare adequate information system equipment to support ongoing services to the community. Makrap Pemalang Polines Student Association

On Wednesday (22/12) the Pemalang Semarang State Polytechnic Student Association Regional Organization (IMP Polines) held a MAKRAB event with IMP Polines functionaries and demisioners. The event lasted for one day and took place at the Wippas Tourist Attraction, Pemalang. This MAKRAB event is one of the routine programs organized by IMP Polines. During the event, health protocols will continue to be implemented to prevent the spread of Covid-19. The event was quite exciting and interesting because it contained a series of games that could familiarize IMP Polines functionaries. The series of events started with the opening, introduction and sharing, then continued with playing games, and ended with a trash clean-up event and distribution of prizes and memento items. The reason for holding this MAKRAB is to better familiarize all functionaries and missionaries so that they know each other better, so that when they carry out the next program there will be no feeling of awkwardness between each other.
