The inauguration ceremony was attended by the leadership of the senate, the leadership of departments, sections, centers, units, student organizations, work partners, Muspika Tembalang and the administrators of Dharma Wanita Polines. The official appointed was Dr. Samuel Beta Kuntardjo Kristiono, Ing.Tech, MT (Deputy Director for Academic Affairs) replaces Ir. Endro Wasito, M.Kom, Dr. Karnowahadi, SE, MM (Deputy Director for General Affairs and Finance) replaces Saniman Widodo, SE, MM, Aris Sunindyo, SE, MM (Deputy Director for Student Affairs) replaces Adhy Purnomo, ST, MT and Dr. Eni Dwi wardihani, ST, MT, (Deputy Director for Planning and Cooperation) replaced Drs. On Wednesday (22/12) the Pemalang Semarang State Polytechnic Student Association Regional Organization (IMP Polines) held a MAKRAB event with IMP Polines functionaries and demisioners. The event lasted for one day and took place at the Wippas Tourist Attraction, Pemalang. This MAKRAB event is one of the routine programs organized by IMP Polines. During the event, health protocols will continue to be implemented to prevent the spread of Covid-19. The event was quite exciting and interesting because it contained a series of games that could familiarize IMP Polines functionaries. The series of events started with the opening, introduction and sharing, then continued with playing games, and ended with a trash clean-up event and distribution of prizes and memento items. The reason for holding this MAKRAB is to better familiarize all functionaries and missionaries so that they know each other better, so that when they carry out the next program there will be no feeling of awkwardness between each other.
IMPLEMENTATION OF ACTIVITIES ORMAWA CUP 2021/2022 with the theme "Increasing Sportsmanship and Enthusiasm in Sports". By UKM SPORT it was held on Saturday, 27 November 2021 and Sunday, 28 November 2021 at the Venus Futsal Field, Tembalang, Semarang City. This activity is carried out with the following aims and objectives: 1. As a gathering place between Semarang State Polytechnic Ormawa. 2. Fostering a spirit of sportsmanship in Semarang State Polytechnic Ormawa athletes. 3. As a sports facility in the midst of busy Semarang State Polytechnic Ormawa. 4. As a means of refreshing for Semarang State Polytechnic Ormawa activists. Participants who have taken part in the 2021/2022 ORMAWA CUP with the theme "Increasing Sportsmanship and Spirit in Sports" by UKM SPORT are delegates from all Semarang State Polytechnic organizations except KSR, KWU, HMM, and WAPALHI. A total of 14 student organizations have sent 2 teams with 1 men's team and 1 women's team each, with a total of 31 teams participating, because UKM JAZIRAH, ROHKRIS, and NEW PLBS FM only sent 1 team (men's team), where each team has a maximum of 12 people. Sequence of Activities The activity which was carried out on Saturday, 27 November 2021 and Sunday, 28 November 2021 at the Venus Futsal Field, Tembalang, Semarang City was attended by all delegations from all Ormawa at the Semarang State Polytechnic. On Saturday, the committee made preparations from 06.30 WIB – 07.30 WIB, followed by player registration until 08.00 WIB, and continued with the opening ceremony for the ORMAWA CUP 2021/2022 which contained remarks from the Chief Executive and UKM SPORT Captain. On Saturday, matches were held with a total of 11 men's matches and 8 women's matches. The women's match ends at 14.00 WIB and the men's match ends at 15.00 WIB. Then continued with cleaning the field and reviewing the committee. On Sunday, the committee made preparations from 07.00 WIB – 08.00 WIB, after which player registration was until 08.05 WIB. On Sunday, matches were held with a total of 7 men's matches and 7 women's matches. On the sidelines of the match there was a match between UKM SPORT and All Stars from all Ormawa, both men and women, as entertainment. After that, the women's team's matches continued in the semi-finals of LPM DIMENSI against BEM, the MENWA women's team against HME, and the BPM women's team against LPM DIMENSI. Then continued the semi-final matches for the BEM men's team against RACANA PANDAWA, the BPM men's team against HME, and the HMAB men's team against BEM. Then free time from 10.05 WIB – 10.35 WIB. After that, the fight for 3rd place continued and then the men's final and women's final. From 12.15 WIB to 13.15 WIB the Awarding and Closing of the 2021/2022 ORMAWA CUP was held. After that, clean the field and review the committee. The Semarang State Polytechnic Capital Market Community (CMC) (Polines) is an Organization or Capital Market Study Group which is under the auspices of the Semarang State Polytechnic Accounting Department Student Association (HiMA) which aims to educate the Capital Market internally, namely Semarang State Polytechnic Students and externally, namely the community outside the Semarang State Polytechnic campus. CMC Polines has several divisions, one of which is the Investment Education (IE) division which is tasked with educating Capital Markets for CMC external parties. The IE Division holds Capital Markets School (SPM) activities as a form of carrying out its duties. Capital Markets School (SPM) Akbar CMC Polines is an activity that aims to facilitate and educate potential investors about the world of capital markets as well as facilitating new customers to open an account. CMC Polines is holding CMC Polines Grand Capital Markets School (SPM) activities online. The Grand SPM was held on Saturday, 04 December 2021 at 08.00 – 12.00 WIB online using Zoom Meetings and was attended by 60 participants, from internal and external Polines. Course of Events The CMC Polines Grand SPM activity began with an opening conducted by Febri Suryo Laksono as MC and continued with remarks. Entering the main event, namely the presentation of material and question and answer by Brother Akhmad Nuryanto from Trainer of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia KP Central Java I discussing SPM level one, followed by the presentation of material and question and answer by Brother Yusuf Wijayanto from Phintraco Securities who discussed the basics of fundamental analysis, and finally the presentation of material and question and answer by Teddy Suharyadi from Investor Stock Permata (ISP) Semarang who discussed technical analysis. Semarang, 4 December 2021 – UKM Kopma Bahtera Manunggal Semarang State Polytechnic for the 2021/2022 period is implementing one of the work programs of the PSDA Department, namely Secondary Education (DIKMEN). Secondary Education (DIKMEN) is a series of regeneration processes which is a continuation of BCAMT. This DIKMEN is mandatory for prospective Kopma BM administrators because it is a requirement to become Kopma BM administrators for the next period. The aim of DIKMEN is to equip prospective administrators with knowledge about cooperative management, public speaking and the nature of motivation, as well as in-depth trial management. Apart from that, DIKMEN also aims to strengthen ties, a sense of togetherness, and a family attitude between Kopma BM administrators and prospective administrators. Secondary Education (DIKMEN) is filled with 3 material sessions. The first material was Cooperative Management presented by Ir. Wahyu Istiyanti from Balatkop UKM Prov. Central Java. Followed by the second material, namely Governance Study by Anisa Rudi from BPM Polines and Session Training by Novendra Aditya from BPM Polines. The final material is Public Speaking by Arliza Aprilia N, a Public Speaker and founder of @goproselling. Each material session is given time for a question and answer session for prospective administrators who wish to ask questions about the material presented. Secondary Education (DIKMEN) is carried out online via the Zoom Meeting application starting at around 07.00 to 14.20 WIB. This event was attended by 94 prospective Kopma BM administrators for the 2022/2023 period. This year DIKMEN took the theme "Optimizing Cadre Skills and Knowledge to Realize the Formation of an Intellectual Spirit and Responsibility". This DIKMEN was interspersed with Ice Breaking in the form of a singing video playing by one of the Kopma BM administrators. This event ended with a group photo session. - - - -
“Demographic Dividend as Opportunity Through Innovative Entrepreneurship” Semarang, 20 November 2021 – a work program from HMAB's LITBANG division, namely SENTRIS 2021, has been implemented with the theme "Demographic Dividend as Opportunity Through Innovative Entrepreneurship". The purpose of holding this National Seminar on Business Administration is to make students of the Department of Business Administration in particular and the public in general aware of the momentum of the demographic bonus and how we young people can take advantage of our productive age to become entrepreneurs in order to improve the Indonesian economy. SENTRIS 2021 with a total of 996 registrants and 2,900 viewers on YouTube in 2 days. This activity was held in the Semarang State Polytechnic School One Building Auditorium, Jalan Prof. H. Soedarto S.H., Tembalang, Semarang, Central Java and for online participants via the Zoom Meeting and Live YouTube platforms. SENTRIS 2021 invited Berlian Ayu and Andung Ramadhan as Master of Ceremony, Clara Antawidjaja and Octavianti Fransisca as Moderators and Fiki Satari and Karin Novilda as speakers. - SENTRIS 2021 started at 10 am with an opening and a joint prayer and was preceded by remarks from the Chief Executive, namely Anandike Cita Kumala, Chair of the Business Administration Department, namely Dr. Dody Setyadi, S.E, M.Sc. and Director of Semarang State Polytechnic, Prof. Dr. Totok Prasetyo, B.Eng (Hons), M.T, I.PU, ACPE. Then, it continued with the introduction of the first moderator, namely Clara Antawidjaja. After that, it continued with a talk show session with the first speaker, namely Fiki Satari. Tubagus Fiki Chikara Satari, S.E., Dipl.AE, M.M or often called Kang Fiki is a Special Staff to the Minister of Cooperatives & SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia and General Chair of ICCN (Indonesia Creative Cities Network). The material presented by Mr. Fiki Satari was regarding the Indonesian Demographic Bonus, and its impact on the Indonesian economy. - After the first talk show ended, SENTRIS 2021 provided time for Ishoma, by showing a video speech by Angela Tanoesoedibjo and the performance of the UKM KoNSeP Band which made the rest atmosphere even more fulfilling. - SENTRIS 2021 continues with a talk show with Karin Novilda hosted by moderator Octavianti Fransisca. The chemistry between Karin Novilda and Octavianti Fransisca is very strong and the material presented by Karin Novilda is easy for participants to understand, namely business tips, because it relates to the real situation of an entrepreneur. How Karin can survive in all situations to maintain the business she runs. Participants were also very enthusiastic and asked many questions both via Zoom Meeting and the Live YouTube chat column. "Enabling Young People to Respond to Disasters, Enabling the Weak Old to Be Prepared" Sunday, November 21 2021, the Ministry of Social Affairs, BEM Semarang State Polytechnic, held a Youth Volunteer Training activity with "Enabling Young People to Respond to Disasters, Enabling the Weak Old to Be Prepared". This activity is a teaching as a first step in dealing with natural disasters as well as increasing preparedness and optimizing the volunteering abilities of Semarang State Polytechnic students so as to create Semarang State Polytechnic students who are strong in disaster management. This activity can encourage Semarang State Polytechnic students to have a high social and humanitarian spirit so they can be directly involved in the field of volunteerism. Therefore, the Ministry of Social Affairs provides disaster response training facilities through this activity to Semarang State Polytechnic students and especially to UKM Penungan which are involved in disaster and humanitarian matters, namely KSR PMI Polines Unit, Racana Pandawa, and Student Regiment. This activity was attended by all 20 STO Youth Volunteer Training BEM Semarang State Polytechnic students in the Semarang State Polytechnic Multipurpose Room, and the rest via the Zoom Clouds Meeting. There were 178 Youth Volunteer Training participants, consisting of 138 registrants and 40 delegates from the Semarang State Polytechnic ORMAWA. This Youth Volunteer Training activity was carried out by the Semarang City Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), namely Brother Ardyanto Rudy Satriya, S.T, and an activist who works in the field of disaster volunteering, namely Brother Muhammad Taufiq Ulinuha. In his presentation, Brother Ardyanto Rudy Satriya, S.T explained material about the role of volunteers before a disaster occurs, when there is potential for disaster preparedness and when a disaster occurs. The enthusiasm of the participants was seen by the many questions addressed to the speaker. The next presentation by Brother Muhammad Taufiq Ulinuha contains sharing of his experiences while being a volunteer as well as sharing several articles he has written. In his presentation he also explained about three types of volunteers, Panca Darma Volunteers and the principles of volunteer work. Broadcast Basic Education (Pendas Siar) organized by UKM New PLBS FM is an effort to improve the quality of UKM New PLBS FM's own activities and increase student knowledge, because UKM is a means for students to organize and channel their interests, talents and abilities. In Basic Broadcasting Education itself, participants will be provided with basic knowledge from the world of broadcasting, such as increasing their confidence in speaking in public (public speaking) and trained to improve their soft skills to become a good radio broadcaster.
